Rev. M · Formulation pack
Formulas first. BX-01 is the card to pour. Pay water NCO, then polyol OH. Do not force 1:1. OC-01 and CC-01 stay as screens. One high-OH drum and one flow drum — do not stack TB-307 with PE 104.
50.00 g B + 41.40 g A · index 125 · HFO 5.00 g in the B cup
50.00 g B + 65.65 g A · index 105 · no HFO · sucrose on the floor
50.00 g B + 196.6 g A · index 100 · not 20–28 g A
90.2 g A / 100 g B · add HFO, or prefer BX-01
Left: open cell — windows broken, air passes, foam stays soft. Right: closed cell — membranes intact, gas trapped, foam is rigid and insulating.
This is the card to pour first. HFO-1233zd(E) is mandatory. Use TB-307 or PE 104, and TEROL 250 or PE 103 — not all four. Memo System C, cup-test v4 and Rev. F CC-F1 are different recipes. Do not blend them into this pour.
Typical spray copies use Mannich or sucrose for the network, CREAPOL 326 / 1500, and K-15 / DMCHA. They also use HFO — that part is now required here too.
BX-01 still does the rest differently. ISOEXTER TB-307 (f = 2.5) is the network — no Mannich. TEROL 250 (39.5 % aromatic) carries fire. PO 1009433 cats only. HFO-1233zd(E) 10.0 is the blowing gas. Water is cut to 1.20.
| Density | 32–38 kg/m³ |

Recommended first cup. Faster cream/gel pack. Confirm the drum label. Weigh HFO last, cold, then cap. Mix 4–5 s — cream is now 3–6 s.

HFO-1233zd(E) boils at about 19 °C. Chill the B cup to 15–18 °C. Weigh HFO last. Cap at once. Hood on. Mix 4–5 s so you are out before cream. If cream is still > 6 s: +0.15 CAT-T. If gel is still > 15 s: +0.15 PC-15. If it scorches or snaps too fast: −0.10 of each.

Midpoints of supplier System C. Amine package is 10.0 pbw: blow (PC-37 + CAT-T + BDMAEE) over gel (PC-15). Sucrose OH is taken as 400 until the lot TDS is in — then re-index. TEP, silicone, emulsifier and catalysts are 0 OH.

Sucrose 16.50 g · OH 400 · EW 140.25 → 16.50 ÷ 140.25 = 0.1176 eq → × 135.5 = 15.94 g PMDI
OH eq = 1.4510 · index 100 → 196.6 g A / 50 g B
Index 90 → 176.9 g A · index 105 → 206.4 g A. If sucrose OH is 350, sucrose term is 13.95 g A; if 450, 17.94 g A. Water term does not change.
24 pbw water eats most of the NCO. 100 g B at index 100 needs 393 g A (393 : 100). A 1:1 shot is only index ≈ 25 and is not a valid cup.
The old 20–28 g A on a 50 g B cup is withdrawn — that charge never paid the water.

If you cut water to 1.40 and add 10.0 HFO (B becomes 109.4 g): OH eq = 0.4878 → A = 79.3 g at index 120. Prefer BX-01 instead.
Do not pour this screen without HFO. Prefer BX-01 (HFO 10.0 already in the 100). If you still pour CC-01: cut water to 1.4 and add 10.0 HFO-1233zd(E) last, cold, then re-index. No water-only closed-cell cup.
BX-01 and CC-01 use one high-OH drum (TB-307 or PE 104) and one flow drum (TEROL 250 or PE 103). They are same-role alternatives, not a four-polyol blend. Mid-range OH figures are used only for the index. Specification windows stay as published.

BX-01 is the best closed-cell card: TB-307 (f = 2.5 network), TEROL 250 (aromatic fire), HFO-1233zd(E) 10.0 mandatory, faster cat pack (cream 3–6 s / gel 8–15 s), water 1.20, index 125 → 83 A : 100 B. CC-01 is only a screen and must also take HFO.

Part B is the formula above. Part A is polymeric MDI. Bring both to temperature, then mix before cream.
1. Condition A at 21–23 °C. Closed-cell B is 15–18 °C after HFO. Open-cell B stays 21–23 °C.
2. Weigh B, then weigh A, into dry cups. Do not default A to 50 g.
3. Pour A into B. Mix 4–5 s at 2 500–3 000 rpm for both OC and CC — cream is now 2–6 s.
4. Clock cream, gel, rise and tack-free from mix start.
5. Do not touch after cream. Cut at 24 h.
First cup: 50.00 g B (includes 5.00 g HFO) + 41.40 g A on the 50 g lab sheet. No machine spray until three clean cups.
