| Closed-cell polyols | TB-307 + PE 104 + TEROL + PE 103 stacked | One high-OH drum and one flow drum + PD 230 |
| Closed-cell mix | 50 g A : 50 g B by raising water to 2.09 | BX-01 = 50.00 g B + 41.40 g A at index 125 |

| Open-cell A-side | Wanted 1:1 later; A left blank | BX-02 = 65.65 g A · OC-01 = 196.6 g A |
The formula others do not publish: TB-307 f = 2.5 instead of Mannich, TEROL 250 aromatic instead of extra TCPP, PO cats instead of K-15 / DMCHA. HFO-1233zd(E) 10.0 is mandatory. Faster cream/gel (3–6 s / 8–15 s). Water 1.20. Index 125 → 83 A : 100 B. Run this first.
R&D cup plan on CREAPOL 326 / 1500 / PD 230, plus KIMSPRAY 065 LDO / 066 H2C benchmarks. OC is polyether-heavy. CC already includes 10% HFO-1233zd(E) and a K-15 / DMCHA / bismuth set.

If Mannich/sucrose, polyethers, HFO-1233zd, K-15 / DMCHA and a KIMSPRAY-style target are available, v4 OC (water 4.5, density 18–24) and v4 CC (HFO 10, water 1.1, density 35–40) are closer to commercial spray. Run both bases as 100 g B-side cups and keep one variable at a time.
